We currently don’t accept any returns on any items unless the product is defective. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation of Orders/Pre Order Items and Out of Stock Items

  •  MAGICAL BLESSENCE will make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory.
  • We do not offer any cancelations, all sales are FINAL.

DAMAGED ITEMS: 

if customer receives damaged or broken item you must contact MAGICAL BLESSENCE through email (magicalblessence@gmail.com) or Instagram (Magical Blessence) with picture proof and within 2 days of delivered package.
